In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation of our production machinery. You will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and installation of plant equipment, alongside managing spare parts inventory and coordinating with external vendors. With a 12-hour shift schedule, we offer a unique work-life balance while demanding high technical proficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for maintenance needs and cost control.
- Coordinate with external vendors for scheduled servicing, emergency repairs, and equipment upgrades.
- Conduct daily inspections and safety checks to identify potential faults before they escalate.
- Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, downtime, and parts usage, in accurate technical logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in plant maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing or production facility.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to work effectively in a 12-hour shift rotation (Day/Night).
- Valid technical certification (e.g., WSH certified) and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
