Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress rigorously to guarantee that deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders regarding project status.
- Identify potential risks or issues in maintenance schedules and propose effective, timely solutions.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to management.
- Manage and inventory maintenance tools and equipment to ensure readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in project management or maintenance coordination within the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of quality control (QC) processes and safety standards (SNI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
