- Develop and implement comprehensive manpower planning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze workforce data to identify staffing needs, trends, and potential gaps

- Create and maintain workforce planning models using HR information systems
- Monitor workforce metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management

- Stay updated on labor market trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with focus on manpower planning and workforce analytics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex workforce data and metrics
- Experience with HR information systems and workforce planning software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Singapore
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
