Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic development and execution of the Recruitment Excellence & Experience framework within the Resourcing & Scholarships CoE.
- Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to streamline end-to-end recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.
- Oversee the design and implementation of innovative scholarship programs to attract top academic talent and support organizational goals.
- Enhance the candidate and employee experience through the deployment of modern recruitment technologies and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand talent needs and build robust, diverse talent pipelines.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment metrics, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all recruitment activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or recruitment management, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
- Strong expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and AI-driven recruitment platforms (e.g., Paradox, iCIMS, Greenhouse).
- Demonstrated experience in leading recruitment projects, managing budgets, and analyzing recruitment data to drive continuous improvement.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
- Deep understanding of labor market trends, employer branding, and workforce planning strategies in the Singapore context.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence.
