Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production lines
- Collaborate with R&D teams on new product introductions and process improvements
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement preventive measures
- Train production staff on new equipment, processes, and quality standards
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools
- Experience with process improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
