Grand Venture Technology is currently seeking a dedicated and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Manufacturing Operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring a smooth transition from design to mass production.
- Analyze current manufacturing workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for operational improvement.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to resolve product design and manufacturing issues.
- Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and process deviations.
- Train and guide production staff on new equipment setups and process changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or NPI roles.
- Strong understanding of production systems, process optimization, and quality control.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is a plus.
