Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement advanced manufacturing processes and equipment to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues on the production line.
- Collaborate with the R&D and design teams to translate technical requirements into manufacturable products.
- Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and optimization of machinery to ensure optimal performance and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop, update, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste, lower costs, and increase overall throughput.
- Perform regular inspections, quality audits, and process validations to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within the electronics or industrial sector.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (ISO 9001).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to effectively liaise with production, maintenance, and management teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and a strong alignment with corporate core values.
