We are actively seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineering Assistant to join our expanding team in Woodlands. In this key position, you will provide essential technical support to our semiconductor manufacturing operations. You will work side-by-side with senior engineers to optimize production workflows, manage work instructions, and ensure that all engineering standards are strictly adhered to during the manufacturing cycle.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting critical business systems, specifically PLM and SAP, while also assisting with CAD-related tasks. This role is perfect for an individual looking to launch or accelerate their career in the semiconductor sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning and execution of semiconductor manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and SAP systems.
- Create and update technical documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize CAD software to assist in design reviews, technical drawing preparation, and layout modifications.
- Monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control and meet production targets.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and engineering changes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing concepts and production environments.
- Basic knowledge or experience with PLM, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and follow complex work instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
