Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs for Google's global data center construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international EHS regulations and standards
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into project planning and execution
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Train and educate project teams on EHS best practices and procedures
- Drive sustainability initiatives and environmental stewardship across construction operations
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and external EHS stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in construction or data center environments
- Professional certification in EHS (e.g., CSP, CHMM, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing EHS management systems
- Strong knowledge of international EHS regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global organization
- Experience with sustainability initiatives and environmental management systems
