Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential wear and tear or safety hazards.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and relevant government regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting workflow.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation for all equipment.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
