Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and equipment to meet product specifications
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze engineering data for system optimization
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD software
- Implement maintenance protocols to enhance system reliability and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and manufacturing processes
- Perform root cause analysis for mechanical failures and implement corrective actions
- Stay updated with industry advancements and implement best practices in mechanical engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design or manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA)
- Strong knowledge of material science, thermodynamics, and mechanical principles
- Experience with FEA analysis and prototyping methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities for technical documentation and team collaboration
- Knowledge of ISO quality standards and safety regulations
