Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the routine maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operational uptime.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify potential mechanical issues before they escalate.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for resource optimization and cost savings.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance analysis documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within the palm oil or manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and maintenance management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team environment.
- Valid Indonesian Engineering License (SIP) is preferred.
