Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing/assembly environments
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD preferred)
- Strong understanding of production line optimization techniques
- Experience with quality control methodologies (ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
