Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee QA/QC processes for mechanical and sanitary installations in construction projects
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and inspection protocols
- Conduct site inspections, material testing, and compliance verification
- Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to maintain quality standards
- Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation for project milestones
- Mentor junior engineers on quality assurance methodologies
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and engineering specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical/sanitary engineering QA/QC
- Proven project ownership experience in mechanical construction
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, and HVAC standards
- Familiarity with local engineering codes and international quality standards
- Advanced problem-solving and technical documentation skills
- Professional license (PRC) preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
