Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and coordinate the daily operations of the mechanical maintenance department to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Develop, implement, and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and perform necessary preventive maintenance.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of mechanical technicians and operators to enhance their technical skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and improve operational workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and machinery to ensure timely procurement and cost-effective resource management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical supervision, preferably within the milling or food processing industry.
- Proven experience in managing maintenance teams, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic operations, and industrial machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues under pressure.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (for Engineers) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Filipino; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
