Gain City Group is seeking a dedicated MEP Drafter cum Site Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Tampines. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and update detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD and Revit to meet project specifications.
- Coordinate closely with project engineers and site supervisors to ensure seamless integration of design and construction.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify installation works and resolve technical discrepancies on-site.
- Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material samples for compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including as-built records and progress reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and technical reports as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in MEP drafting and site coordination.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore BCA codes and construction standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid Singapore work pass and willingness to travel to construction sites.
