Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) operations across multiple project sites
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless execution
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and compliance documentation
- Implement safety protocols and quality control measures
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance
- Conduct regular inspections and progress reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of MEP supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and standards
- Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Certification in MEP project management preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
