Join China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia, a leading construction firm, as an MEP Surveyor specializing in Theodolite operations. This critical role ensures precise measurement and documentation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in large-scale construction projects. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to translate blueprints into accurate field layouts, maintaining compliance with international safety standards. The position requires immediate availability for offline interviews and rapid onboarding to support our dynamic project pipeline in West Java. Ideal candidates will demonstrate technical proficiency in surveying equipment, field documentation, and construction coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise MEP surveys using Theodolite equipment for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Verify field measurements against architectural blueprints and technical specifications
- Generate detailed survey reports with coordinate data and elevation measurements
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure MEP installations align with design plans
- Identify and document site discrepancies for engineering review
- Maintain survey equipment calibration and field safety protocols
- Support project timeline by providing real-time survey data during construction phases
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in MEP surveying for construction projects
- Proficiency in Theodolite operation and total station equipment
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related technical field
- Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Certification in construction surveying (preferred)
- Ability to work in outdoor construction environments
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills
- Immediate availability for offline interview and rapid onboarding
