- Lead the pathfinding and development of advanced 3D NAND/NVM process technologies to enable continued device scaling
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges in process integration, device physics, and materials science
- Develop innovative solutions that push the boundaries of NAND technology performance and density
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish new methodologies and best practices in process development
- Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
- Contribute to Micron's technology roadmap by defining future NAND technology directions

Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor process development with specific focus on NAND/NVM technologies
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives and driving innovation in memory technology
- Deep understanding of 3D NAND architecture, device physics, and integration challenges
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex technical problems
- Experience with process characterization, data analysis, and statistical methods
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring and developing engineering teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
