- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including drawings, contracts, and reports
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and schedules
- Manage administrative workflows including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking activities
- Support site inspections and field documentation requirements
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for seamless project execution

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Valid professional license (new graduates with license are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in construction documentation software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
