Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Support marketing campaigns through social media and content creation
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records and generate weekly progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Support event planning and execution for company initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) is an advantage
- Resident of Bandung with reliable transportation
