Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and validate PCB fabrication tooling per customer specifications and industry standards
- Operate and maintain CAM systems for precision tooling production
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical manufacturing issues
- Ensure adherence to quality control protocols and documentation standards
- Optimize tooling processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Train production staff on proper tooling usage and safety procedures
- Monitor tool performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in PCB fabrication or CAM operations
- Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Valor, ODB++, Genesis)
- Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and IPC standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
