Join the prestigious Raffles Hotels & Resorts as a People & Culture Executive / Intern for a 2-month contract opportunity. This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry's human resources department. As a People & Culture Executive / Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our People & Culture function while providing essential administrative support.

During your internship, you will work closely with our experienced HR team, gaining insights into talent acquisition, onboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance with labor regulations. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry's HR landscape while contributing to meaningful projects that enhance our workplace culture.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture function
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document management and record keeping
- Support recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview coordination
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Help organize training and development programs for staff
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
