Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost productivity and retention
- Design career development frameworks and training initiatives
- Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations
- Conduct culture assessments and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with HR teams on talent acquisition and onboarding processes
- Monitor HR compliance with local labor regulations
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Measure culture KPIs and report on employee satisfaction trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience in HR with focus on employee culture or development
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience designing and executing engagement programs
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools
- Certification in HR or Organizational Development preferred
- Proven ability to influence leadership and drive cultural change
