As a People Success Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience, managing complex HR operations, and ensuring that our workforce remains engaged, motivated, and aligned with our business goals.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and separation.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management cycles, talent development, and career progression programs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and propose strategic solutions for workforce optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, employee relations, or talent management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
