Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed piping designs using BIM software (Revit/AutoCAD) for commercial building systems
- Perform clash detection and coordination with MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration
- Create comprehensive piping schematics, isometrics, and fabrication drawings
- Implement BIM standards and best practices across project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize system performance
- Ensure compliance with international piping codes (ASME, BS) and project specifications
- Generate accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for piping systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in piping design with BIM modeling expertise
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for piping design
- Strong understanding of HVAC/plumbing systems in commercial buildings
- Certification in BIM management or piping design (e.g., AutoCAD Professional)
- Experience with clash detection and coordination workflows
- Knowledge of Singapore building codes and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
