As a Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project timelines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and construction activities proceed according to schedule.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced planning professional who is passionate about contributing to landmark infrastructure projects. You will be based on-site at Changi Airport, working closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to develop, monitor, and update project schedules. - Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using industry-standard planning software
- Analyze project requirements and create detailed work breakdown structures
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or resource constraints
- Prepare regular progress reports and schedule variance analyses
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines
- Implement and maintain project controls systems to track performance metrics
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for scheduling risks
- Support the project team in resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
- Experience with M&E projects in the infrastructure sector is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and industry best practices
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an added advantage
