Join Sunway Construction as a Planning Manager and lead the strategic backbone of our dynamic construction projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Monitor progress metrics and implement corrective actions for timeline deviations
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure operational alignment
- Analyze resource requirements and optimize workforce/material allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for scheduling challenges
- Generate progress reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of construction planning experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Expertise in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills for timeline optimization and risk mitigation
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and industry standards
- Certification in project management (PMP) or equivalent preferred
