This critical role demands a seasoned professional with deep expertise in supplier quality management and complex electronic systems. You'll collaborate with global engineering teams to develop robust quality strategies, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with international standards. As a key stakeholder, you'll own the end-to-end quality lifecycle for subcontractor relationships, from qualification to performance monitoring. - Lead supplier quality engineering for AI High Density Power Modules product families
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems for subcontractors
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality deviations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality specifications and standards
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for quality assurance processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in supplier quality management and subcontractor oversight
- Deep knowledge of AI power electronics, thermal management, and high-density packaging
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, PPAP, APQP)
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or CQE (Certified Quality Engineer)
- Experience with semiconductor or power electronics manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex technical data
