Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize and improve PCBA manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
- Develop and implement process control plans and standard operating procedures
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements
- Train production staff on new processes and equipment
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing or electronics industry
- Strong knowledge of SMT processes, assembly techniques, and quality control systems
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience with process documentation and technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
