- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies
- Develop and implement new methods, materials, and technologies to enhance production efficiency
- Create and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes
- Lead process optimization initiatives to reduce costs and improve product quality
- Identify and resolve root causes of process-related defects through systematic problem-solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and changes
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control
- Experience developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
- Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly
