- Optimize SMT processes and backend operations to improve productivity, quality, and yield
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Transfer new products and technologies into production with minimal disruption
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering challenges
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall equipment effectiveness
- Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to ensure process stability
- Train production staff on new processes and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SMT process engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, processes, and backend assembly operations
- Experience with process optimization, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
