We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Improvement Specialist to join our team on a project basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving better ways of working across our client projects and internal workflows. You will lead initiatives that identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity. We are seeking a candidate who can analyze complex data, propose data-driven solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure successful implementation of process changes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive process audits and gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Design and implement robust process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of new methodologies and tools.
- Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill staff on process enhancements and new protocols.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing project-based timelines and deliverables.
- Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.
