Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize plastic injection molding processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Key Account team to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on molding machinery and equipment.
- Analyze process data and reports to identify areas for improvement in production yield.
- Assist in the setup and validation of new plastic mold tools.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams regarding mold specifications.
- Document process parameters and maintain accurate engineering records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Plastics Engineering).
- Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate with a strong academic background in engineering.
- Basic understanding of plastic injection molding concepts and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
