Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for US-based engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers/vendors while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards
- Develop and negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and supply agreements aligned with project specifications and US regulations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define procurement requirements and resolve technical specifications
- Monitor supplier performance, manage vendor relationships, and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sustainability standards, and international trade regulations
- Prepare procurement documentation, reports, and cost analysis for stakeholder review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field with 3+ years procurement experience
- Proven expertise in procurement processes for construction/engineering projects, preferably with US market exposure
- Strong knowledge of US procurement regulations, FAR/DFARS compliance, and international trade practices
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining supplier relationships
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools for cost optimization
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate across global teams and time zones
