Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for engineering materials and equipment
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize procurement costs for US projects
- Manage procurement documentation including POs, RFQs, and vendor agreements
- Coordinate with engineering teams to align procurement with project specifications
- Monitor supply chain performance and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Implement procurement strategies for pooled resources across multiple projects
- Ensure compliance with US procurement regulations and quality standards
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in construction/engineering
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and supplier management
- Familiarity with US procurement standards and international logistics
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Certifications in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) or project management (PMP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
