- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management for LED portfolios
- Optimize supply chain logistics and vendor relationships
- Analyze market trends to inform product development strategies
- Implement quality control systems and compliance protocols
- Develop operational KPIs and performance dashboards
- Coordinate between R&D, manufacturing, and sales teams
- Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
- 5+ years in product operations or supply chain management
- LED industry experience or technical lighting knowledge
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics
- Certification in Six Sigma or project management preferred
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency a plus
