Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document business requirements for B2B processes including orders, fulfillment, payment terms, and inventory synchronization
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
- Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to align stakeholders on product direction
- Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of B2B processes and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and management tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
