- Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality output
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize productivity
- Monitor production performance metrics and troubleshoot bottlenecks in real-time
- Develop and execute process improvement plans using Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective actions
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Train production staff on new processes and standard operating procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in process optimization techniques and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and production management systems
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or equivalent quality methodology
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
