Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, output, and cost-effectiveness
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control systems and ISO standards
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve workflows
- Train production staff on safety protocols, lean manufacturing principles, and new technologies
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software and production management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is advantageous
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
