Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and develop optimization strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement process improvements
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics for production materials
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel)
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with CAD software and production management systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management experience
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing (preferred)
