Ibiden Philippines, Inc. is currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Production Engineer 2 to join our engineering team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for leading advanced process optimization initiatives, ensuring system reliability, and maintaining rigorous standardization across our module production lines. We are seeking a professional who is passionate about driving operational excellence and improving manufacturing efficiency.
As a Production Engineer 2, you will act as a bridge between technical planning and daily operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify production bottlenecks, implement innovative solutions, and ensure that all manufacturing processes meet the highest quality and safety standards. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-performance products while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct advanced process optimization projects to enhance overall production efficiency and product quality.
- Implement and monitor process standardization protocols to ensure consistent output and reduce variability.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex production line equipment and technical issues.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production staff to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Analyze production data, KPIs, and metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety policies, environmental regulations, and ISO quality management standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a production engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability engineering and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with diverse engineering and operational teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
