Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire molding production operations from material preparation to finished goods delivery
- Lead and mentor production teams to optimize performance and skill development
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering teams on new product introductions and process optimization
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics for molding operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field
- Minimum 5+ years experience in production management within molding industry
- Proven expertise in injection molding, compression molding, or related processes
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with ERP/MES systems and production planning software
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making ability
