Tanggung Jawab
- Liaise with Singapore HQ team on production schedules and timelines
- Responsible for the production and technical activities in production planning
- Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet project deadlines
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Analyze production data and optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Prepare production reports and present findings to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in precast industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing processes is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
