Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal output and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of industrial gas systems
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, SOPs, and environmental regulations
- Document production data, equipment logs, and quality control reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
- Manage inventory and supplies for production line operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and quality control systems
- Ability to work effectively in 12-hour shift rotations (day/night)
- Proficient in operating technical equipment and reading schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for data recording systems
