Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation for multiple construction projects
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, permits, and compliance records
- Facilitate communication between contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, reporting variances to leadership
- Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
- Assist in procurement processes and vendor coordination
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of project administration experience in construction industry
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, processes, and documentation requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote setting
