As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive project control systems that ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your expertise in project planning and scheduling will be essential for coordinating resources, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between project plans and actual progress.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software
- Analyze project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
- Monitor project costs, prepare regular reports, and forecast financial outcomes
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables
- Implement and maintain project control systems and processes
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project controls or scheduling
- Proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in construction project management and controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (PMP) or project controls (CCE) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
