We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Development Assistant to join the Provincial Government of Siquijor. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the formulation and preparation of project proposals, work plans, and technical reports.
- Monitor daily project implementation activities to ensure adherence to approved schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineering staff, local officials, and community stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress logs, meeting minutes, and technical data.
- Conduct field inspections and site visits to assess project status and identify potential risks or issues.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and performance indicators for higher authorities.
- Assist in organizing project-related workshops, trainings, and community briefings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Civil Service Commission (CSC) Professional or Sub-professional Eligibility.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in project development, engineering support, or government administration.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Knowledge of local government rules, regulations, and development protocols is an advantage.
