Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including design, procurement, and construction teams.
- Monitor project progress using project management tools and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to address technical issues and mitigate risks.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or a related technical field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial preferred).
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid engineering qualification or relevant professional certification.
