Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery from inception to completion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements
- Prepare detailed project documentation including progress reports, risk assessments, and change orders
- Resolve technical issues and implement engineering solutions during construction phases
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project)
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
